This 5" (125mm) cutter is ideal for flush-cutting linen and cotton thread, nylon beading cord, leather thongs and rolled leather cord, and soft wire. It is not suitable for memory wire, flex wire, steel wire, or soft metal wire wider than 16 gauge, which may damage the cutting blades or hinge.
