Hubble Cuff Kit for Beginners

Here’s a fun project for beginners to learn the Hubble Stitch, created by Melanie de Miguel. Glass Garden Beads has added some beautiful beads and clear illustrated directions to help you out!

The Hubble Stitch is very flexible and soft, almost like a piece of cloth. When you wear the bracelet, it feels really nice! There are lots of different ways to use this creative stitch. For this kit, I focused on the basic Hubble -1 drop stitch. Once you finish the cuff, you’ll start to see all the amazing options for decorating it! You might want to try embroidery, or maybe stitch in some crystals or special beads. You could even weave in ribbons! There are plenty of possibilities.

The project kit includes size 8/o seed beads and a simple tubed crimp edge finishing, which is perfect for this easy cuff. There are enough beads to create a cuff that is over 8 inches long.
