What's Included in the Directions

The instructions provide two options for creating the Ndebele cuff:

1. The original traditional stitch process.
2. A method that starts with a ladder/square stitch edge before moving into the actual Ndebele stitch pattern.

The directions also include detailed layouts for adding filler beads and how to create the buttonhole. It's important to remember that every button opening should be tested to ensure it fits the button properly.

Design Inspiration

Lori Schmidt shared that the inspiration for this design came from a fishing trip with her husband. She noticed the fish swimming in lanes, which led her to create filler lanes using the Ndebele stitch—resulting in this beautiful cuff. A big thank you to Lori for this exquisite design!
