Intermediate Level Beaded Bracelet Kit – "Planned Chaos"

"Planned Chaos" is a creative and beautiful netted bracelet inspired by a design first encountered at the Tucson Bead Show in 2016, created by talented jewelry designer Alice Craddick. Over the years, I kept revisiting this bracelet and brainstorming how to replicate its unique, random, netted look.

In 2023, I finally figured it out by combining a 5-bead netting stitch with a 3-bead netting stitch into one cohesive set of directions. The result? A bracelet that looks delightfully random but is actually carefully planned—hence the name "Planned Chaos." 

Thank you, Alice, for inspiring this project and allowing us to create a version of your design. While this is not a bead-for-bead duplication of her bracelet, it is a fresh take on the concept, using two netting stitch styles together for a unique design.

Kit Details

• Colorway: The kit includes beads featuring the Peachy Keen palette, a vibrant color representing the color of the year, and a perfect choice for spring. However, the directions are flexible, so you can substitute your own favorite colors if you prefer.
• Skill Level: This is an Intermediate Level Kit, ideal for beaders looking to expand their skills.
